Terms & Conditions

You cannot make changes to your online order after you have placed it. You will need to place a new order if you want to add products.To change your order details or cancel it completely, please contact our team from Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 5.30pm

Most products are delivered within three to five working days. However, if your order has not arrived within 14 days, please call our team and quote your order reference number.

We never make your personal details available to companies outside The Decopatch Place.

We accept payment via Paypal and credit/debit card.  We are happy to take orders over the telephone.

We deliver to the UK as standard.  We are happy to deliver worldwide, which we do at cost.  Please contact our team for details.

Sometimes we send substitute products because the one you have ordered is not available. If you have not agreed to the substitution and do not want the product, we will pay for the cost of returning it.

We make every effort so that your order is correct at the time of packing. If there are items missing from your order however please contact our team  on 01993 773794 or by email to shop@thedecopatchplace.co.uk as soon as possible after delivery.

Please check your paperwork before you contact us to see if we have sent the order in more than one parcel. Sometimes products are not available when we pack your order and they will follow as soon as possible.

Sometimes we have packages returned to us because our couriers were unable to deliver them. We will attempt to contact you to find out if you would like your order re-sent or refunding if this happens. If we cannot contact you within two weeks of receiving your parcel back you will get a full refund for your products

You can send your order to a different name or address as long as the delivery address is in the UK. We do not support multiple delivery addresses.
